Week 8 of 16 - Marathon Training
This week included a solid Tuesday workout, a mini session on Thursday, and then a spontaneous half marathon race. My goal was to focus on three key things: fueling, pacing, and effort. In hindsight, the half marathon was a good idea for sharpening race instincts—but with Bloomsday 12K just eight days away, it probably wasn’t the smartest move.
I’m posting this after Bloomsday, and yeah… I’m not too happy with how things went. That race video is coming soon, and I’ll break everything down.
