This SharePoint Online tutorial will demonstrate how to create a document approval workflow in SharePoint. Specifically, it will demonstrate how to create a document approval process in SharePoint and how to create a document approval workflow in SharePoint online. Within a SharePoint Online document library, users can instantly send a file to multiple approvers for review and approval. This feature is facilitated through an embedded Microsoft Power Automate workflow that was added directly to the SharePoint online interface.
