How to Clean and Cook a Massive Swordfish

I'm Carving and Eating a Giant Swordfish caught in New Zealand with Matt Watson. We caught this 400-pound fish and brought it to the filet table to clean and process. Afterward, we took the meat to Matt's house, where he made his special recipe, Swordfish Sliders.
