Special thanks to the donors who contributed to saving this example of an international harvester loadstar (schoolmaster 1703 chassis) with a blue bird body.
I am humbled that the museum would entrust the care and transit home of their only representative example of a blue bird bus body on a loadstar chassis. The midwest bus museum has blue bird buses. They have buses on loadstar chassis, but this is their only representative example of this body/ chassis combo. This one is still complete with it's two-tone seating, SV392 and 4 speed manual transmission. It's a true survivor!
