POV ASMR | Relaxing Reiki Session FOR SLEEP✨ Plucking & Snipping ✨ Face Brushing ✨Binaural Beats

Hello my chivalrous chipmunks, today's reiki session is designed to completely relax you, and help you ease into sleep. It will start as a POV roleplay, and halfway through we'll transition into a close up.

We'll start with a few breathing exercises and a grounding technique as I give you a POV massage with some fabric scratching sounds. Then I'll begin with the negative energy removal and plucking & snipping, which will include some layered in binaural beats. Then I'll wind you down for sleep with some face brushing and personal attention, and we'll finish with some gentle crackling and crinkling noises to lull you to sleep. I'll be softly speaking throughout the session.
