Keto Coconut Flour Fathead Bagels

INGREDIENTS 材料
1/2 cup (56g) coconut flour 椰子粉
2 tsp baking powder 泡打粉

2 cups (250g) shredded mozzarella 碎芝士

METHOD 方法
1) Preheat oven at 200°c.

2) In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum. Set aside.

3) In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the shredded cheese and cream cheese together in microwave on high for 1 min, take out stir to combine. Send back to microwave melt on medium heat for another 30 second if it is not melt enough.
