The second meeting of DORA's Asia-Pacific and Africa, Americas and Europe Funder Discussion Group convened on Thursday, May 29th, bringing together representatives from various regional research funding organizations to hear from the GRC Responsible Research Assessment (RRA) Working Group. Anh-Khoi Trinh (NSERC and GRC RRA Working Group Secretariat), and Peter Kolarz (RoRI) presented on work of the group and shared the results of their newly published survey report and other recent work. The GRC survey results provide valuable evidence on the progress being made globally, the diversity of approaches, and the key areas for future focus, particularly the need for experimentation and transparent sharing of results to build a stronger evidence base for effective RRA.
