1. Fascial Pull: 1 set, 1 min

1. Neck Tilts Up & Down: 1 set, 15 reps each side
2. Standing Shoulder Rolls: 1 set, 20 each direction
3. Overhead Shoulder Circles: 1 set, 20 each direction
4. Chicken Wing 1//4 Neck Roll: 1 set, 30 seconds each side
5. Clasp Hand Chest Open - Half Neck Circles: 1 set, 1 minute each arm
