Hank is the Head Instructor for GSHS, he has been doing HEMA for 10 years and instructing for over 7. He has also been studying Brazilian Jiujitsu for the past 4 years and began coaching BJJ a year ago. Hank has been a personal trainer for 3 years, focusing on sports performance. You can find me at:
