This part is referred to as "air intake hose" OR "air cleaner intake hose". The original hose had a tear or crack and failed smog check as a result. The part used is Dorman 696105. This part is also compatible with the 2013-2015 Acura ILX. I'm not sure if the airbox removal process is the same however. This part (OEM or aftermarket) is low cost and easy to change. This hose is also a common wear item for these model year Civic/ILX
