Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Water – as required (to make dough)

Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Coriander leaves – chopped
Spices:
Salt – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Peri peri masala – ½ tsp
Other:
Oil – ¼ tsp (to apply on roti)
Oil – for frying paratha
Tomato ketchup – for serving
