In my case, I’ll be using it to make Taco Vampiro; and that just means you take your favorites and put them together 😋. A crispy corn tortilla, a sprinkle of melty cheese, carne asada, guacamole, finished off with your favorite salsa, and topped with another corn tortilla. Double crunch sounds good to me. 4 pieces of beef ( ribeye, chuck, or your favorite cuts)
Sea salt & pepper
3 avocados + lime juice and a sprinkle of salt
14 Corn tortillas
Queso quesadilla
Onion and cilantro
