Hiking and swimming trip on the Lycian Way with Wolves Clan. Video of the day 5 of hiking from Delikkemer to Patara. Hike starts from the Symphonic Aqueduct At Delikkemer between olive trees and Pine forest. Big part of this 9 km hike is under the sun so better to start early in the summer.
Once in Patara, capital of Lycia, discover the ruins of the city and drop by the beach for a swim or cross the 11km shore by walking.
Patara was an ancient and flourishing maritime and commercial city, capital of Lycia, on the south-west coast of Turkey near the modern small town of Gelemiş, in Antalya Province. It is the birthplace of Saint Nicholas in 270 AD, who lived most of his life in the nearby town of Myra.
