Over 50s Exercise To LOSE WEIGHT FAST At Home 20 Minute Beginners Cardio And Weights Workout
Welcome to my over 50s beginners 20 minute cardio and weights workout. In todays workout we have 10 exercises that are weighted and 10 cardio low impact exercises. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest with 1 round to complete.
This beginners workout will also include a warm up with a full body cool down stretch.
