Adding RGB to a Pro CRT - Sony PVM 20L1 - Scart Mod

I wanted to go over the recent work by my friend Martin aka Skum or Skumlos online. He has been reverse engineering many of the Professional CRTs and especially the analog input video cards for those monitors. He also has done numerous RGBS mods to Professional JVC Monitors. Most people are aware of his work recreating the Sony BKM 129x card for the PVM and BVM line of monitors. This card is now open source thanks to Martin and has made it possible for many more people to be able to enjoy the full capabilities of their hardware without having to buy OEM parts. .

Today I will give an overview of his latest write-up. This time he modifies a Sony PVM 20L1 CRT to add RGBS with a clean SCART adapter. He also explains how to unlock the software in the PVM to allow for RGBS use. Please visit the links below for more details on this project and many others from Skum.
