Instead of buying food coupons from staff, customers now use self-service machines to exchange cash for coupons.

• Manual counter service has been replaced with automated machines
• Staff are fewer — all payments are done via machines
• Foreign visitors might need a moment to figure out the process
• Machines accept cash (THB) and issue food coupons instantly
