Making a Foam WIlly Wonka Top Hat

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is my all-time favorite movie. After recently watching the new Wonka movie with Timothee Chalamet I thought it would be fun to pay homage to the classic 1971 movie. So I decide to make my version of Gene Wilder's Wonka hat out of EVA foam. For this build, I used: 6 mm EVA foam, 1 inch elastic banding, paper, foil, hot glue, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, and some acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a Dremel with various bits, a heat gun, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
