ALEX FOKIN DJAZZ BAND - Nonstop Music Show "Smart Dance Music DJazz" (Full Show)

The world premiere of a unique program "Smart Dance Music DJazz" from one of the best orchestras in the world "Alex Fokin DJazz Band".
The project primarily targets young adults. The music of the project is powerful, danceable, arranged and performed as a 21st century reinterpretation of the best instrumental and vocal works of the world jazz heritage.
An organic combination of various acoustic instruments and modern synthetic sounds, electronic "loops", rhythmic programs and DJ-sessions is used to achieve the unique and complex musical palette of the project. The repertoire of the project covers great jazz hits, well familiar even to those that have not been particularly interested in this type of music before.
Here lies the main "magic" of the project: it offers the younger generation the energy of dance music while drawing on the melodic beauty and harmonic diversity of the great art of jazz. Adapted to the musical language of this generation, it would resonate with their musical tastes and demands competing with the rather primitive "music for the feet" that is currently in fashion.
Instrumental pieces and vocal compositions smoothly transition from one to another without interruption, solo performers follow each other, and instrumentalists alternate with vocalists. And all this is enhanced by powerful music and the colorful extravaganza of bright lights and visual effects.
The project will continue to evolve over time, enriched by new pieces, different styles of arrangements, and new solo performers. But format of the concert itself will remain the same: at least two hours of non-stop music performed at a concert hall or open arena with no seats in front of the stage (dance-floor). At its core, this will be dance concerts of young adult-oriented jazz music for a large audience.
