Every milligram of weight counts when you are doing a multi-day hike in a rugged desert environment. It's always good advice to keep your pack as light as possible, but easier said than done when the goal is to produce a high-quality adventure documentary of the 6-day hike in the process. This video unpacks how I achieved both of the above - keeping my backpack under 18kgs while carrying more than half of that weight in camera gear.
