About Erichelps:

Hello! My name is Eric Wagner, and I have a passion for learning about what the homeless/people in need have gone through in life to end up in their current situation. Alongside this, I want to help them in the best way possible, and connect them to the correct resources to improve their quality of life. I believe that everyone can be helped in one way or another; no matter how big or small.

Homelessness is a complicated social issue that is commonly misunderstood and/or ignored by the general public. Within these videos, I plan to showcase that not all people in need share the same story. I want to highlight both the good and the bad that these people have gone through, and keep the conversations as authentic as possible. There are many ways to help these people at the stage that they are at, but the first step is to try and have a conversation with them.

Whether your help is a conversation, an act of service, a monetary donation, or a simple change in your thinking towards those in need, this impacts people in ways you might not even imagine. My mission is to showcase these stories and conversations to an audience that is committed towards making a positive change in the way people in need are treated. While the root cause of homelessness still needs much more attention put forth into it, the first step is to try and understand what people have been through.
