Aladeen takes you on a spiritual journey with the remembrance of God through this new music video for the blessed month of Ramadan. As a child, not only has he grown with his Palestinian culture and folklores among many other types of music, he also grew up with Islamic Tradition and is inspired by it and is a practicing devout Muslim himself. This song is inspired and based off an Arabic song in which the original poem was written by one of the most prolific figures in Islamic Poetry, Syrian Poet Salim Abdelqader Zenjir (1953-2013) who has written poems about the importance of Islam, being a Muslim, the relationship with God, unity of the Muslim communities and many more. The melody was originally composed in the 1980s by Syrian Nasheed(Islamic Music) Singer Abu Al Joud (full name Mohammed Monzer Sermini) who is widely known in the Islamic Arts and one of the first in his genre.
