Peter Duggan is one of the last of the 'old school' lightermen on the River Thames. Born in Wapping,London in 1939 , Peter is the owner of General Marine tugs and barges on the River Thames and still works regularly as captain of his tugs age 80.
This short film documents the life of Peter Duggan, in this episode (2 of 3) Peter shares with us some more great Tales of the Thames and his views on retirement.
