pick back up going into the wellness center and purposely failing the evaluation. getting admitted into the facility for refreshing. wandering around, talking to all the patients, looting, and gathering info. until I find the guy in charge, but I can talk him into getting the chair. So I have to deal with him and the goons. leaving the place to get the last lightning tower online and get the lightning grenades. Then heading to the research facility and talking to a scientist who decides to help. Then I head up to the labs and grab the modulator, which gives me a new ability. Then the facility leader challenges me to meet him at the landing pad. Now heading back to the scientist to figure out how to get out.
