Getting Started with Workplace Literacy is a two-hour webinar designed to introduce the foundations of Workplace Education, including key terms such as program definitions, milestones, and MSGs.
Participants heard from a panel of local ABE managers and workplace literacy partners who shared real-world examples of how programs launch, grow, and demonstrate value. During the webinar, attendees had a first look at a set of customizable tools designed to help programs engage effectively with employers. Panelists described their own Workplace Education programs and responded to guiding questions that explored what inspired them to get started, how initial conversations turned into action, and the strategies that helped “seal the deal.”
