Black Locust Bean Hummus Recipe
~ Foraged Black Locust beans/seeds: 1/2 cup (soak 1-2 days, then boil until soft, 2-3 hours)
~ Minced garlic: 1/8 tablespoon
~ Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
~ Tahini: 1/2 tablespoon
~ Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
~ Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
And don't forget the toppings!
~ Cilantro: 1 tablespoon
~ Sautéed garlic: 1 tablespoon
