In this episode of Life Reimagined, we’re at the White Horse Road Flea Market as part of our ongoing home remodel, searching for fixtures and unique finds to bring the space together.
While walking through the market, we stopped by Roxy of Rockin’ Her Jewelry — and the moment turned into something much bigger than shopping.
Years ago, when I was just starting out selling gift baskets, Roxy poured into me in ways I never forgot. Even though she sold gift baskets herself, she welcomed me, made space for me, showed me how to improve my presentation, and encouraged me when I was still figuring things out. There was no competition — just genuine support.
That experience taught me a powerful lesson: there’s no competition when there’s real community. When people are operating in their gifts, there’s room for everyone. What’s meant for you doesn’t take away from someone else.
Today, as we’re rebuilding our home and reimagining life in real time, that lesson still carries forward. Each one, teach one. When we pour into others, we help create space for growth — not just for them, but for ourselves too.
