Encountering dolphins in our seas is fairly easy, but it's one thing to spot them while sailing or see them leaping in the distance, and quite another to find them playing under the boat, almost touching them. For us, August 15th has become a regular event. The video was actually taken on August 16th, about 7-8 miles off the Livorno coast, and this summer of 2025, we managed to film them in the water without disturbing them or causing them to flee for almost an hour.
Incontrare i delfini nei nostri mari è abbastanza facile, ma una cosa è avvistarli durante la navigazione o vederli saltare in lontananza, un altra è ritrovarseli a giocare sotto la barca tanto quasi da toccarli. Per noi ormai il Ferragosto è un appuntamento fisso, il video in realtà è stato fatto il 16 di agosto a circa 7/8 miglia dalla costa livornese e in questa estate 2025 siamo riusciti a filmarli anche in acqua senza disturbarli e farli fuggire per quasi un ora.
