In this third section of the flight across Japan, we took a route from Chitose Airport to Hakodate via Sapporo, Otaru, Niseko, and Rusutsu, visiting relatively well-known points of interest.

Flight Route:.
Takeoff from Chitose Airport runway 19R in a southerly direction
Turn right over Tomakomai and fly north over Lake Shikotsu-ko
Head to Otaru located northwest of Sapporo
Turn southwest toward Kutchan and Niseko
Turn southeast from Niseko to Rusutsu (Rusutsu) passing by Mt. Yotei-zan
Head south and pass through Lake Toya and Muroran, and cross Uchiura Bay in a southwesterly direction
Pass over Mt. Hokkaido Komagatake, turn west over Hokuto and land on Runway 12 at Hakodate Airport
