So, to hit this 2000 calorie and high protein target, have some very tasty low-calorie high protein meals, I take you through how to calculate your calories for fat loss & muscle gain step by step, I talk about protein, how much protein do you really need to lose weight and instances you need less protein than the general recommendation.
