When the DSV Odyssey vanished in 2047 while investigating a spatial anomaly beyond the Kuiper Belt, humanity mourned the loss of six brave astronauts. Thirty-two years later, the ship mysteriously reappeared exactly where it disappeared—with its crew completely unchanged, as if no time had passed at all.

Director Mike Torrenson was assigned to investigate what should have been humanity's greatest miracle. But as he began debriefing the returning crew, something felt terribly wrong. The astronauts knew things they couldn't possibly know. They appeared in photographs taken during the decades they were missing. And most disturbing of all—when Torrenson counted the crew members, the number kept changing.

Six people went up. But seven came down.

As Torrenson digs deeper into the mystery, he discovers that the crew didn't just travel through the fold—they became part of it. And now, whatever came back with them is spreading, infecting everyone who comes into contact with them, changing the very nature of reality itself.
