Rome to Miami on ITA Airways A330 900.

I recently traveled in Economy Plus on an ITA Airways Airbus 330-900 flight from Rome to Miami, and while it had some great points, there were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. The service was wonderful overall, with attentive and kind flight attendants who made a real effort. The enhanced legroom in Economy Plus was a definite highlight and made the transatlantic journey much more comfortable.
However, the cabin temperature was an issue; it felt consistently and uncomfortably warm throughout the flight, which made relaxing difficult. Also, while the meals tasted fine and were authentically Italian, the presentation was a bit haphazard and lacked the care one might expect from an airline's premium economy offering.
Lastly, a minor but recurring point: most of the lavatories were surprisingly tiny and cramped. Despite these small issues, the service and comfort upgrades made it a mostly positive experience, and I would certainly consider flying with them again.
