Garment 2 - Part 2 | Quick and Easy Improv Quilted Garment – No Batting Needed | Stitch and Flip

This is the second garment in my quilted apparel series, and I enjoyed making it even more than the first. I used a quick and easy improv technique—stitch and flip, also known as string quilting—to piece the exterior fabric directly onto the lining. There’s no batting or wadding in this garment.
