Today is a very busy and special day. We are officially beginning the preparations to build a traditional Tandoor (clay oven) in our garden! Watch as we gather materials, plan the structure, and take the first steps in this big project that will bring so much delicious food in the future.
To celebrate the arrival of the new season and fuel our hard work, we are also cooking a vibrant, fresh "Special Spring Dish" using ingredients harvested right here in the village.
