Ruffa wants to be 'next Charo Santos'

"I don't think I'll ever be laos."
That's the bold statement of actress Ruffa Gutierrez during an interview on ANC's Headstart. The former beauty queen and star of Asia's first family reality show 'It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez' said she's working hard to make sure that her popularity won't wane in the future.
"If you think you're 'laos' the you're 'laos'. For me you have to know when you have to 'graduate'. You shouldn't stay stagnant. I love learning. I'm open to new things," said Gutierrez.
Ruffa also said that she wants to be the next 'Charo Santos' who has moved on from movies and is now the current CEO of ABS-CBN.
"She was my mom in 'Island of Desire', a film I did with my dad. Now she runs ABS. 'Yan ang peg!"
