In this video I talk about how Weight Watchers asked me to eat between 1200 and 1400 cal a day. ChatGPT challenged this and said no with your age of 65 your previous heart surgery a year and a half ago and losing weight without losing muscle you need to eat at least 1800 cal a day and it wants me between no less than 17 to 18 and I had 2000 yesterday and it really supported that. Am starting to lose weight a little bit a day I’m feeling much better. I have more energy. I’m getting much more protein which will ensure that I don’t lose muscle mass as I lose the weight and will make it easier for me to build more muscle mass as I begin to exercise.
