Is the Harbor Freight 3 drawer workbench worth it for your woodworking shop?

I picked up the three drawer workbench at my local Harbor Freight because I needed a quick and easy woodworking workbench solution that wouldn't break the bench before I committed to building custom assembly tables. I'm very happy that I did - with a few upgrades, it's a great little shop bench for under $200, as long as you don't expect too much out of it.
