This is one of the workouts I've been doing for Mont Blanc. Test out your mountain fitness with this workout that is low on equipment, but fun and challenging for mountaineers, alpine climbers or any hikers wanting to boost upper body strength as well.
This is by no means a complete training program for mountaineering, you'll need a lot more variety, but this one is great for a challenge, some fun and to keep the training interesting.
