Carol Lynley spanked - Holiday For Lovers (1959)

Carol Lynley finds herself proposed to by Paul (Gary Crosby, son of Bing) but she annoys him by telling him that her father wants her to go to college. When he shows his annoyance she declares "You can't go around spanking everybody just because they don't want to get married." However, it seems he can because soon after he has her thrown over his knee and gives her just that, the noise bringing everybody into the room. It's an unusual scene and much as you can understand him wanting to spank Carol, she has a point - just because she doesn't want to marry doesn't mean he has the right to take it out on her. But will the spanking change her mind? You'll have to watch the film and find out!
