Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour

2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon ghee or oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and warm water to make a dough.

3. Rest the dough for 20-30 minutes.
