15 Minute Pilates Reformer Warmup With Creative Footwork Series

Let's hop on the reformer and do one of my favorite footwork warmups!
This is a nice way to connect with your breath, slow things down and set some intentions for the rest of your workout.
For this activity I'll be using two heavy and one medium springs, with the foot bar up.
