Palliative care for pulmonary fibrosis

In this episode I discuss the role of palliative care in the treatment and management of pulmonary fibrosis. Palliative care is not only end-of-life care, it is a way to cope with chronic irreversible conditions, in order to live as well as possible.
It is a multidisciplinary approach to care of the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of a person suffering from pulmonary fibrosis.
