This video should help you provision and set up any Mitel IP phone using the EndPoint Manager on FreePBX. Unfortunately, as I mentioned in the video, this does cost you $150, but it is good for 25 years, so that's a plus.
EndPoint Manager makes provisioning almost any phone incredibly easy and fast. It's a highly recommended purchase.
