Patched snd_usb_audio kernel module. No xruns with jack, no cracks and pops with alsa. It works now like it should :)
I'll be testing a bit more and sending a patch asap.
Settings in this video were 48000/64/3.
My conclusion was somewhat to the right direction that the problem is between driver and hardware/firmware.
