S2E4 Shawnee SP Camping and Sightseeing - Coffee Pot House, Giant Quarter, Bugler Boy, Gravity Hill

Thanks for hanging out with me at NappingWhileCamping!

In this video, I take a 2+ hour road-trip on Rt 30 West, the Lincoln Highway, to Shawnee State Park Campground in Schellsburg, PA to meet up with my longtime bestie, Dr. Phil and her dog Stella. This was my first time meeting Stella face-to-face. This trip included making the Honda Element Camping/Mobile Office video (   • Honda Element|Custom Camping + Mobile Offi...  ), as well as visiting some of the quirky local sights. From the Bugler Boy statue to Gravity Hill, from a giant Coffee Pot building by the Bedford Fairground to an Art Deco Gulf Station that looks like it was frozen in time, from a giant quarter to an igloo that slings ice cream. The weather was pretty perfect for camping, despite getting relatively hot during the day.
There's definitely a lot of sightseeing on this trip, so stick around to the end...that's where all the unusual roadside attractions are! Thanks for watching!
