This was a film my friends and I made during our time at community college back in 2014 for the 48hr film project in Los Angeles. We were given the genre "fish out of water" which was a joy to work with. It was our first time participating in a challenge like this, so imagine our surprise when our film won all the major awards for that year:

Best Screenplay
Grand Champion Audience Choice
The film went on to screen in New York Independent Film Festival that same year.
