In this video, we follow a graceful and focused training session in the art of 52-Form Kung Fu Fan (Gongfu Shan), guided by the elegant Master Huang Dongmei of the Longmen Taichi School.

1️⃣ Xie Fei Shi（斜飞势） – “Slanting Flying Stance”: A powerful yet flowing diagonal movement, like soaring across the sky.
2️⃣ Bai He Liang Chi（白鹤亮翅） – “White Crane Spreads Its Wings”: A beautifully extended posture, full of calm strength and grace.
