I´ve wanted to make these cookies for a while, as they were connected to my childhood. Birthdays and special events always had Milk Chocolate Fingers. This recipe is so easy and worth your time.
Shortbread Ingredient:
1/4 Cup butter (room temperature)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Flour
Pinch Of Salt
Chocolate Coating:
2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate (You can use a variety of chocolate but make sure it´s good quality)
1/4 Tsp Canola Oil
