ARFF has 3 main tasks:
1. Training
2. Operation
3. Maintenance
One of the requirements to fulfill this main task is training. Wet drill is one of the mandatory training exercises for ARFF units at the airport. Training using fire and water is the most effective way for each ARFF personnel to hone their abilities in carrying out their duties at an airport.
