About Us
Rehman College of Dentistry is a private dental college, which provides dental education to diverse undergraduate students to prepare them to practice dentistry in the 21st century. While educating dental students to become licensed, competent and caring professionals, RCD strives to educate students in an ethical environment in which they render quality dental care and treatment for a diverse patient population. In the near future we hope to mould our graduates into bonafide consultants and teachers by starting our postgraduate studies programs.

To be a leading institute of the nation in the field of oral and dental health sciences by promoting knowledge, community service, research, and evidence based patient care through best practices and updated technology.

MISSION
To produce knowledgeable and ethical dental professionals with clinical competency and leadership qualities, who are prepared to meet the oral and dental care needs of the community by providing the best possible evidence based practices with values and scientific basis.

OUTCOMES OF THE PROGRAM
By the end of program the dental graduate will be able to

Identify and manage common oral & dental conditions, according emergency to a updated clinical guidelines utilizing the latest technology.
Communicate as individual and collaborator to promote prevention and awareness regarding general oral health in the community.
Understand and apply the appropriate rules and regulations that govern dental practices.
Practice best possible evidence based patient care with critical evaluation, peer reviewed literature search and select treatment options according to the patient needs and preference.
Exhibits professionalism with ethical behavior according to the beliefs of individual & community.
Record, manage and analyze the clinical data and disseminate/ publish the results.

Ghulam RasoolRehman College of Dentistry is yet another shining star in the Galaxy of RMI.It is a private dental college, which not only imparts dental education to undergraduate students but also has an active post graduate program as well. While educating dental students to become licensed, competent and caring professionals, RCD strives to educate students in an ethical environment in which they render quality dental care and treatment for a diverse patient population.
At RCD, our primary mission is to produce outstanding oral health professionals but we also believe in our profound responsibility as a private institution to the citizens of KPK to make oral health care available to those who do not enjoy ready access.
RCD strives to achieve a dynamic curriculum which integrates academic knowledge with the clinical correlation. We feel proud in providing the students of RCD with excellent clinical training and modern technology.
At RCD, we believe that Success is only possible if we develop strong student bodies, employ qualified and experienced faculty and hospitable paramedical staff. This makes us very focused on every aspect of the health care system.
Research is an integral part of our academic environment as we believe that professional and academic perfection is only possible if we keep ourselves updated and contribute to the development of our disciplines.
We at RCD feel that in order to inculcate leadership qualities among the students, it is essential that extra-curricular, co-curricular and community service activities are planned, organized and managed by the students themselves, under the supervision of Senior faculty staff members. This allows the students to nurture and display their real talent in various fields. Through event management activities, these societies also serve to provide opportunities to students for exercising leadership, management, social and teamwork skills, sprit of healthy competition & to prepare the students for future challenges in the global context.
