VLOGMAS Day 4 How I pack orders and Make Customers Feel Special

Welcome to vlogmas day 4! Today I am talking about how I utilize my custom packaging. A lot of the ethos of my brand is about making people feel seen and special. I also put an emphasis on bringing joy to the everyday. SO, a top tier unboxing experience is very high on my list of non-negotiable. Maybe you don't need this much packaging, but I hope you find inspiration for your small business. When customers open up a package from Pretty Peacock Paperie, I know they are going to be surprised with all the little details. It's my way of telling them that they are worth all the extra effort.

Hey Mama!

Since the birth of my kids, I have been on a mission to run my small business from home. I love my children but struggled with my identity for a while as a mother in the workplace.
